- HOW TO WEAR: Position the belt centrally behind the back and a little above the buttocks. Wrap the belt around the waist and Velcro close it without applying pressure on the abdomen. Adjust the pressure pads as desired for better comfort and on sore or inflamed areas. Pull the lace till the required compression is reached and then Velcro fix the lace handle. Usage: Wear the belt for up to 2 hours initially and can be extended longer depending on the need.
