MatarDal Bori is sundried lentil drops made out of Matar dal paste through handmade skilled operation and sun-dried thereafter. It is not only a Bengali specialty but it also adds to every dish the much needed texture and taste. Matar Dal is first made into a fine paste and then sun-dried in tiny shapes. Once dried, the Matar Dal Bori can be had simply by frying the Bori and having it as a crunchy side dish or by putting it into any dish like Shukto, Shak Ghonto, Vegetable curry , Fish curry or just Matar Bori potato curry. Menu Maker has selected a district of West-Bengal & organized manufacturing of Bori by the women in order to provide pure & fresh quality food products to customers and in the process get engaged in the upliftment of socioeconomic strata of rural women.
