The Anti Snore Mouthpiece is an oral appliance worn at night for snore prevention and sleep apnea. The mouthpiece positions the lower jaw slightly forward during sleep. The mouth guard will start to soften.(Don't over heat). 4. Remove for water and allow the mouth guard to cool for a few seconds to prevent burning your mouth. When the mouth guard is cool enough place on to teeth and bite firmly on to the mouth guard and suck all the air from the mouth guard to get the tight fit. While sucking out the air use your fingers to apply pressure to the gums. 5. After the mouth guard has full cooled your mouth guard is ready.
